A station will not play

Check your internet connection, then try another station. Streams are provided by independent broadcasters and can go offline or restrict access in some regions.

Restore Skyhop Pro

Use Restore Purchases in the app's Pro screen while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Skyhop Pro is a one-time purchase.

Sync favorites and lists

Skyhop Pro automatically syncs favorites and lists when iCloud is available. Sign in to the same iCloud account on both devices and keep the app open while syncing. If sync fails, check your connection and use Sync Now in My. Your local library remains available.

Sleep timer

Set a sleep timer to stop playback later. You can change or cancel it while listening. A timer does not resume after the app is restarted.
